There are three important phases of customer service - before, during and after the sale. TSSi takes pride in its results during what we consider to be the most important of these phases, service AFTER the sale. We work tirelessly to make sure orders go out right and on time. If there is an issue, we work directly with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. We are fully aware that we service customers whose lives very often depend on the products we provide as your partner.

Departmental or Government Agency Ordering Instructions

Departments, agencies and organizations can submit an RFQ online or TSSi accepts purchase orders from approved departments or government agencies on either departmental letterhead or formal purchase order which must be faxed, emailed or mailed with the following information:

  • Company/Agency/Unit Name
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address (Street Address)
  • Point of Contact
  • Telephone Number (and Email Address, if applicable)
  • Authorized Signature
  • Purchase Order Number
  • Complete Ordering Information (Include pertinent information such as part number, description, quantity, size, color, right or left hand, etc.)

Payment Methods

TSSi extends payment terms of Net 30 Days to approved department or government agencies. TSSi's other accepted methods of payment include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, U.S. Government SmartPay® (formerly referred to as IMPAC) credit cards, money orders, cashier's check and bank transfer. 

Delivery Options

Please specify your desired method of shipment at the time you place your order. For urgent deliveries, you may choose to request a Next Day/Overnight Delivery, 2nd Day Delivery or 3-Day Select Delivery option. When choosing any expedited delivery option, please verify item availability first. Items may not be available for immediate shipment. Please contact TSSi for specific shipment status.
 
The sales of certain items in our catalog and on our website are restricted to active duty military and law enforcement personnel only. Due to US State Department regulations, we are not allowed to ship certain items out of the United States.  Please contact TSSi for specific details. Freight charges are subject to change without notice.
 
Please Note: Additions to existing orders cannot be accepted. Please place an additional separate order. TSSi does not ship to freight forwarders.
