The Logistics Process - We improve your existing logistics process by partnering with you to fulfill your requirements faster and with more agility than you can accomplish on your own.  We understand that logistics is not always as effective or efficient as it could be.  There are only a finite number of experts available to fill the need, especially when reorganization moves many of these professionals into more critical billets.  The SPSA® team provides an additional service and support layer for your logistics needs.
