
Project Development and Management - The SPSA® team serves as the customer's project management support staff to:
- Conduct research and development
- Coordinate and conduct both developmental and operational testing
- Procure and deliver the desired end items
- Provide on-going support for the duration of the end items' utilization within the organization. The customer provides approval at all key decision points.
Logistics Support - The SPSA® team offers the full range of logistics support services from procurement options through life-cycle support.
Procurement - The SPSA® team serves as the customer's purchasing department. This process guarantees that the customer gets the best price, every time, because they take advantage of TSSi's access to, and experience with, thousands of suppliers world-wide. We provide true "One-Stop Shopping" in that the customer can obtain thousands of different items via a single contract.
Life Cycle Support - Through the use of Blanket Purchase Agreements and other long-term contracts, the SPSA® team provides customer support throughout the entire life cycle of end items and/or the operational need for the items. This support includes pre-planned and on-call replacement, repair, refurbishment, and upgrade.
Total Palletization - Complete palletization services are available to include the use of industrial packaging standards, custom container designs, and Mil-Spec packaging. We offer tamper-evident and opaque packaging materials and wrappings to maximize discretion and prevent visual identification of the items being shipped. Existing warehouse space facilitates 463L aircraft pallet loading and inspection, followed by ground transportation to your designated aerial port or to our local regional airport situated just minutes away.
Pre-Positioning - The SPSA® team provides exactly what you want, exactly when you want it, by procuring items that you know in advance you are going to need. Utilizing TSSi's on-site warehouse space to store items until immediately prior to you requiring them enables you to either request the entire shipment at once, or to receive either individual or groups of end items as they are required.
Logistics Systems Standardization - The SPSA® team standardizes logistics by providing enabling the customer to predetermine the exact manner of:
- Kit design and configuration
- Packaging options and transportation means
- Delivery dates and re-supply schedule
Training - TSSi's corporate Training and Presentation Center is a state-of-the-art facility specifically designed to support customer conference and classroom requirements. The 970 square foot center is equipped with an audio-visual system. Internet and telephone access are provided at seven individual wall and floor jacks and include a built-in conference calling system. The center can be sectioned into three separate and isolated rooms, each with its own entrance. There is also an attached fully functional kitchen and dining area. We work with professional training organizations and select manufacturers to provide specialized technical and product training on-site as well as tactical training off-site. The center also provides an isolated and secure site for customer-conducted internal training and meetings.
