DOD EMALL is an internet based electronic mall which allows military customers and other authorized government customers to search for and procure items from government and commercial sources. DOD EMALL is a Department of Defense program operated by the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). This contract is valid through January 27, 2018. All users must register and follow the Department of Defense rules for login and password.
To order from DOD EMALL a Government shopper must be registered with either a Government issued credit card, contractor credit card, or with a MILSTRIP as a payment method. To order from TSSi using DOD EMALL, go to https://dod.emall.dla.mil/acct/. Login using your Common Access Card (CAC) or a DoD-approved Medium Assurance Hard Token. If you are able to log onto DOD EMALL and need assistance with using or placing an order in DOD EMALL, contact the DOD EMALL Customer Interaction Center at 1-877-352-2255. If you are unable to log onto DOD EMALL or if you are receiving a technical error condition while using DOD EMALL, contact the Enterprise Help Desk at 1-855-352-0001.
Once you have logged in, in the “Keywords” field, type in TSSi’s contract number SP47W1-16-D-0008 then click Search to bring up TSSi’s catalog of DOD EMALL items and begin shopping.
