Anthony Gonzalez Joins TSSi’s growing DoD Business Development Team

Harrisonburg, Virginia, June 10, 2019 - Bill Strang, President and CEO and Mark Good, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing of Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. (TSSi) announced the addition of Anthony Gonzalez, a Business Development Manager serving the U.S. Air Force market, to the TSSi sales team.

Gonzalez began his career by attending military police school at Fort McClellan, AL. He spent two years with the 428th Military Police Company before enlisting into active-duty Navy service. During boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Station, he was chosen to serve with the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Guard in Washington, DC. Members of the Navy Ceremonial Guard participate in some of our nation’s most prestigious ceremonies, including presidential inaugurations and arrival ceremonies for foreign officials. In addition, the Navy Ceremonial Guard serves as the funeral escort and conducts all services for Navy personnel buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

After two years with the Guard, Gonzalez transferred to VF-31, an F-14D Tomcat Fighter Jet Squadron located in Virginia Beach, VA. He deployed to the Gulf with VF-31 and in 2002 he separated from the Navy. Gonzalez now resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and their two young children.

Gonzalez started working in the defense industry in 2010 and has extensive knowledge working with all branches of the DoD as well as Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.
